AXIAweb service is provided by ATHEXCSD to investors in order to receive electronic information beneficiaries of Securities Accounts in the Dematerialized Securities System (D.S.S.), in order to monitor electronically the following information:
- The details of the Client investor share code of the beneficiaries in D.S.S.
- The last ten (10) transactions of the Securities Account of the beneficiaries in D.S.S.
- The current state of balances per security of the beneficiaries' portfolio in D.S.S.
- The valuation of the current portfolio of securities based on the closing price of the securities on the previous business day.
For your access to AXIAweb services, the use of personal credentials (Username & Password) is required.

- Beneficiaries' access to the AXIAweb service is carried out via the Internet and the relevant user passwords: Username and Password.
- Beneficiaries submit to ATHEXCSD the "Application-User Agreement for the AXIAweb service" (ΑΙΤ022). ATHEXCSD issues the Username and sends it to the applicant in a secure process.
- In the event of user passwords being lost or inadvertently disclosed to third parties, beneficiaries shall immediately change the password.
- The AXIAweb service is provided to beneficiaries free of charge. ATHEXCSD reserves the right to impose a charge after notifying users at least thirty (30) days prior to the imposition of the charge.
From Thursday 14/12/2023, the new process of mandatory change of the Password by the user himself has been activated in the technical environment for the access to the AXIAweb service:
- When first logging into the service.
- Each time after the re-issuance of user access code after the user's request.
- Periodically, every 6 months (180 days) from the previous Password change.
To set or change a Password after selecting "Login", select "Forgot password" and follow the instructions.
In addition, from the above date onwards, ATHEXCSD's communication with AXIAweb service users for technical support purposes will be carried out exclusively with the "Email Address" and "Mobile Phone Number" registered in their Securities Accounts Section in the Dematerialized Securities System (D.S.S.) through the competent ATHEXCSD Participant (Brokerage Company or Bank).
